The journey begins with a mutual introduction. During this phase, we assess initial interest, gather your resume, and ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure confidentiality. We also send over a short Q&A to better understand your motivations and background. It’s a straightforward process designed to start the conversation and align expectations.
With the basics in place, it’s time to build your vision. Over the next month, you’ll work on a detailed business plan for the next 5 years. This is your opportunity to outline your market potential and growth strategy. Many candidates take this time to visit an existing Flash office, gaining firsthand insight into the business and its operations.
Once your plan is ready, it goes to our Franchise Validation Committee for review. This team evaluates your proposal, provides feedback, and, if aligned with Flash standards, approves your application. Upon approval, you’ll receive a Non-Binding Offer (NBO), signaling the green light to move forward.
Now, we focus on formalizing the partnership. Over the next few weeks, we work together to define the final details of your franchise contract. Once signed, everything is set for your official onboarding and integration into the Flash network.
As soon as your contract is signed, onboarding begins. You’ll receive access to Flash’s digital platforms, join initial training sessions through our Genius Academy, and start weekly coaching. Everything is designed to ensure you feel prepared and supported from day one.
